How it works
Panthenol is a precursor of vitamin B, which, as soon as it enters the skin, is quickly transformed into pantothenic acid, which plays an important role in the activity of cells and tissues. Its name comes from the Greek word "panthoten", which means "everywhere".Panthenol exists in two isomer forms: D and L, but only the D form - Dexpanthenol or D-Panthenol - is biologically active.
