Contact us at support@hyaestic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 2-5 business days with the best available solution, which may include:
- A full or partial refund
- A replacement product
- Store credit
General Guidelines
- Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Opened or used skincare products may still be considered if there is a quality concern — we are flexible.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hyaestic.com with photos. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
