General Guidelines

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Opened or used skincare products may still be considered if there is a quality concern — we are flexible.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
